Dr. Chris Winfrey practices neuropsychiatry in private practice at New Image Wellness, in Marlton, NJ. His practice is a blend of traditional psychiatry, orthomolecular psychiatry, functional and integrative psychiatry, and psychoanalytic psychodynamic psychotherapy. He uses this combination of medicine towards conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injuries, Cognitive Impairment, PANDAS, Mold Toxicity induced Encephalitis, complex and refractory depression, anxiety conditions, complex PTSD and other conditions to rehabilitate the brain and thus restore mental functioning. Dr. Winfrey has additional interest and training in racial and cultural psychiatry and has spoken and presented on these topics in various settings. Lastly, Dr. Winfrey has interest in Theology and Faith and has worked on bridging the gap with Faith Traditions and the Psychiatric communities at both APA international meetings and in Faith Domains. Dr. Winfrey is currently working on and formulating an understanding of psychosomatic and somatopsychic thoughts, schemas, and psychic conflicts from microbial and toxic influence in neuropsychiatric conditions.
